Equity Estates Fund is a luxury real estate investment company. I create printable destination and residence guides for each location where it owns or leases a property. I also write occasional travel blogs.
I designed a template for the guides in MS Word (normally I would use InDesign but the client needs the guides as MS Word documents). They usually provide basic information for each location, and then I thoroughly research travel tips, restaurants and activities. Any recommendations I list in the guides are stable businesses which receive a solid list of positive reviews. I write most of the copy, although some business descriptions are written by others. I find and edit images to bring the pages alive.
Most recently, I created online versions of each destination guide using Markdown, a markup language.
As these guides are proprietary and accessible to EE investors and staff only, I do not publish samples here but I am happy to provide more details on the guides!
